10 Tips to Make Your Home More Sellable

If you want to sell your Miami Beach house or condo then you should take these tips into consideration when getting ready to sell your home.

1. Clean Everything –  Cleaning your house not only makes it more welcoming to people, but it allows them to picture themselves living there.

2. Give Every Room a Purpose –  Having rooms that are completely empty or are piled high with “stuff” are a major turn off.  When people look at a house, they want to visualize how each room might work for them.

3. Let the Light In –  Bright rooms are more inviting and make the space feel larger.

4. Fix Anything that is Broken – If buyers are looking at your house and notice it needs a lot of work, that thought will transfer over if they decide to make an offer.  If you want the price your house is worth, make it look worthy!

5. Un-clutter – Clutter makes your house look smaller, unlivable and ultimately, undesirable.  If you are serious about moving, this is a must!

6. Fresh Paint and New Floors – This will make your house look fresh and most likely increase your potential sale price.
