For a while now, the Miami Beach condo market has been hot.  If you read my last post, February 2017 Miami Beach Market Update, then you know things are starting to change and that condo sales are starting slow.  This means we have a surplus of available condos on the market and motivated sellers may be more willing to negotiate prices than 1 year ago.  Here are the 5 best Miami Beach Condo Deals available right now based on the lowest price per square foot.  Keep in mind when looking at these properties, sometimes the pictures and or descriptions can be subpar due to the price range.  Another factor to consider is that these properties will most likely need some work and are not turnkey properties.
