Which Miami Beach Neighborhood is right for you?

Miami Beach is comprised of several different neighborhoods.  For an island that is only about 19 square miles, there are plenty of different areas that suit different lifestyles.  If you have a family and are looking for a nice quiet single family home to raise your children, Biscayne Point, Nautilus, and Surfside are great options for you.  Lets explore Miami Beach neighborhoods.

If you are a single looking to take advantage of the all the night life Miami Beach has to offer, look no further than South Beach!  SoFi (South of Fifth) is a neighborhood located within South Beach, but is just far enough way from all of the action to give it a more calm feel, yet still only a few steps away from the beach, and many great restaurants, shops and of course, South Pointe Park.

Maybe you want to have the convenience of living in south beach, but don't want to deal with the daily action that comes with it.  North Beach is the neighborhood for you!  North Beach has many restaurants, stores, bars, banks and post office all within walking distance and you will typically get more Miami Beach Real Estate for your money in here.
